| Requirements: | Supply List: Sewing machine that can do a zigzag stitch and a straight stitch(don't forget your power cord/foot pedal) Extension table for you machine if you have one. Do not stress if you don't. *90/14 needles Walking Foot *Clover fabric tube maker(the one designed to make a jelly roll) *1/2 a jelly roll or twenty 2.5" strips *1 roll of 2.5" x 50 yard Bosal Katahdin On-a-roll batting or enough 2.5" strips of batting for your 20 strips *Spool(s) of thread(s) if you want to change colors to your fabrics *Small snips/scissors for threads *Pins or clips *These items can be purchased at Quilting Essentials and More. PRE-CLASS work Please sew your 20 strips together as you would sew binding strips; on the diagonal. Trim, iron your seams open and iron any wrinkles or fold lines along the fabric. You can use a toilet paper roll to wrap your fabric onto, to keep it from getting wrinkled. |
